Update for 2025!

Following the recent loss of my children's father, I will be pausing my soap making classes after January 25, 2025. This unexpected event requires my time and attention to family matters and the loose ends left behind. I plan to resume in-studio classes this summer and look forward to welcoming you back then.

Join us in a Longmont handcrafted experience for an in-person soap making class for beginners.

In this class you will learn:

  • The history and chemistry basics of soap making
  • How to safely handle lye and select the right soap making tools
  • How to mix, fragrance, and color soaps, all using natural, synthetic-free ingredients

All sessions are hosted in our downtown Longmont Studio at 350 Terry St, Suite 108.

Best Soap Making Class !

If you want to learn soap making - THIS IS THE CLASS TO TAKE. This the most organized and informative soap making class I’ve taken. Valorie makes the class an incredibly fun learning experience. The notes are wonderful and she has an amazing teaching style. I’ve come away with the confidence to make my first batch! Also, if you intend to make soap, do yourself a favor and buy the soap making starter kit, I wish it had.

Best class ever!

I learned so much from taking this class with Valorie!! I had a lot of fun and was able to craft my own soap recipe and make a new bar that was just what I needed after the class. You also get so much soap from taking the class too. Definitely will be back for the advanced classes :)
